The emulator should support Joy Bus in a method compatible with Dolphin.

Dolphin are about to change thier link cable emulation.

Working on this on the feature/sio-dolphin branch. I made sure to check out the appropriate branch from skidau's repo and built Dolphin myself. Four Swords already seems to work, but there's still work left to get it to work *well*.
